The embodiment of the invention provides a mining push type jack and a mining system with the mining push type jack. The mining push type jack comprises a cylinder body, a piston assembly, a hydraulic system, an isolation sleeve, a laser distance measuring sensor and a reflecting plate. One end of the isolation sleeve is connected with one of the cylinder body and the piston assembly, the other end of the isolation sleeve moves in a guiding mode relative to the other one of the cylinder body and the piston assembly, an isolation cavity is defined by the isolation sleeve, the cylinder body and the piston assembly, and each of the laser ranging sensor and the reflecting plate is arranged in the isolation cavity. One of the laser distance measuring sensor and the reflecting plate is arranged on the piston assembly, and the other one of the laser distance measuring sensor and the reflecting plate is arranged on the cylinder body. Therefore, the mining push type jack has the advantages of being good in anti-jamming capability, high in accuracy of stroke measurement and good in stability.
