The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery control, and provides a tower crane self-adaptive deceleration control method, device and equipment and a tower crane. The self-adaptive speed reduction control method for the tower crane comprises the following steps: determining a downshift distance of the tower crane from each operation gear on a certain operation dimension to a stop state according to working condition parameters of the tower crane, and obtaining a plurality of downshift distances corresponding to a plurality of operation gears of the tower crane one by one; obtaining the distance between the tower crane and the effective stroke end point on the operation dimension; according to the relationship between the distance and the distances required by the downshifts, determining a limited running gear when the tower crane travels towards the effective stroke end point in the running dimension from the running gears; the limited operation gear is used for determining the upper limit value of the traveling speed of the tower crane. According to the implementation mode provided by the invention, self-adaptive gear limitation can be realized according to the actual working condition of the tower crane.

    本发明涉及工程机械控制技术领域,其实施方式提供了一种塔机自适应减速控制方法、装置、设备及塔式起重机。其中塔机自适应减速控制方法包括:根据塔机的工况参数确定所述塔机在某一运行维度上的每一运行档位降至停止状态的降档所需距离,得到与所述塔机的多个运行档位一一对应的多个降档所需距离;获取所述塔机与所述运行维度上的有效行程端点之间的距离;根据所述距离与所述多个降档所需距离的关系,从所述多个运行档位中确定所述塔机在所述运行维度上向所述有效行程端点行进时的限定运行档位;所述限定运行档位用于确定所述塔机行进速度的上限值。本发明提供的实施方式能够根据塔机的实际工况实现自适应的档位限定。
