The invention discloses a C/SiC composite material hanging lug structure which is composed of a hanging lug prepared from a C/SiC composite material, an inner cushion block, a four-side box, a first base plate, a second base plate, a first gasket, a second gasket, a first groove-shaped beam, a second groove-shaped beam, a lower sealing beam, a sealing plate, a first skin and a second skin, and meanwhile the invention further provides an assembling method of the hanging lug structure. According to the assembling method designed by the invention, the overall stability and the impact resistance of the hanger structure can be effectively improved, and compared with a traditional metal material, the hanger structure has the characteristics of light weight, high temperature resistance, high bearing capacity and the like, and can be used in a working environment with relatively high requirements on weight and temperature resistance, and the components of the hanger structure are all made of C/SiC composite materials.
