The inflation unlocking device comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder sleeve, a push rod is arranged in a cavity formed by the cylinder body and the cylinder sleeve in the axial direction, and the periphery, close to the cylinder sleeve end, of the push rod is sleeved with a pull rod; a push rod head, a first annular boss, a second annular boss, a first annular groove, a third annular boss and a push rod tail are sequentially arranged on the push rod from the end away from the cylinder sleeve to the end close to the cylinder sleeve, a first concave hole, a second concave hole and a third concave hole are formed in the pull rod, and the first concave hole is matched with the second annular boss. A plurality of round holes distributed in the radial direction penetrate through the outer wall, corresponding to the pull rod, of the second concave hole, tungsten balls are embedded in the round holes, and a shear pin penetrates through the position, located on the outer side of the cylinder sleeve hole, of the tail of the push rod in the radial direction. The device is of a pure mechanical structure design and does not need to be disassembled, the push rod structure and the pull rod structure are matched with each other, the shear strength of the shear pin is adjusted through unlocking air pressure, the unlocking function and the repeated use function are achieved, and the use efficiency is improved.
