The invention relates to a wing-rudder structure and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a wing-rudder nose cone and hanging point integrated structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when the sectional area of a nose cone changes greatly, the continuity of a composite material is difficult to guarantee, and meanwhile, a curing material is difficult to enter the middle position of a large-thickness section; and as a result, a curing material in the middle position is not uniformly distributed, and the bearing performance of the nose cone is greatly influenced. The wing rudder nose cone and hanging point integrated structure comprises a nose cone formed by splicing a first semi-cone and a second semi-cone, an inner wrapping ring and an outer wrapping ring which are arranged on the bottom face of the nose cone, and a rudder body fixed to the side face of the nose cone. An annular boss, an inner wrapping ring and an outer wrapping ring are coaxially arranged on the bottom face of the nose cone, and the rudder body is fixedly connected with the outer wrapping ring through a first hanging point and a second hanging point. According to the manufacturing method, the material density uniformity of the integrated structure is effectively improved, and the manufacturing period is shortened.

    本发明涉及翼舵类结构及其制作方法,具体涉及一种翼舵头锥和挂点一体结构及其制作方法,为解决现有技术中存在的当头锥截面积变化较大时,复合材料的连续性难以保证,同时,固化材料较难进入厚度较大截面的中间位置,导致中间位置固化材料分布不均匀,对头锥的承载性能产生较大影响的不足之处。本发明翼舵头锥和挂点一体结构包括第一半圆锥和第二半圆锥拼合形成的头锥、设置在头锥底面的内包环和外包环,以及固定在头锥侧面的舵主体;所述头锥的底面与其同轴设置有环形凸台、内包环、外包环,舵主体通过第一挂点、第二挂点与外包环固定连接;本发明的制作方法有效提高一体结构的材料密度均匀性,减少制作周期。
