The embodiment of the invention discloses an underwater split type carrying device. The underwater split type carrying equipment comprises an underwater equipment transportation cabin and a carrying platform body, the underwater equipment transportation cabin and the carrying platform body are connected through an electric buckle, and the underwater equipment transportation cabin is used for containing underwater equipment to be placed; when the carrying platform body reaches a target position, the electric buckle is unlocked to release the underwater equipment to be placed contained in the underwater equipment transportation cabin. According to the underwater split type carrying equipment provided by the embodiment, the underwater equipment transportation cabin and the carrying platform body are controlled to be split through the electric buckle; the split process of the underwater equipment transportation cabin and the carrying platform body is optimized to be that the two cabins can be split only by opening an electric buckle in one step, and underwater equipment to be placed carried by the underwater equipment transportation cabin is released one by one to reach a specified operation area.
