The invention relates to the technical field of rocket launching and recycling, and particularly discloses a self-sinking and floating type offshore recycling platform which comprises a rocket recycling platform body and a recycling table connected to the top of the rocket recycling platform body, and four sets of power positioning devices are connected to the bottom of the rocket recycling platform body; a protection box is installed at the top of the rocket recovery platform body and located at the opposite corners of the recovery platform. The top of the protection box is connected with four GPS positioners. The four corners of the rocket recovery platform body are connected with buoyancy tanks through connecting pieces, a two-way quantitative hydraulic pump used for pumping water into the buoyancy tanks is installed in the protection tank, and the water inlet end of the two-way quantitative hydraulic pump is connected with a treatment pipe through a pipeline. Floating and sinking of the self-sinking and floating type offshore recycling platform are achieved by pumping and filling water into the rocket recycling platform body and the buoyancy tank, the draft of the self-sinking and floating type offshore recycling platform is kept at the minimum waterplane position, the motion response of the platform is effectively slowed down, the influence of wind waves and flow is reduced, and the seakeeping performance and stability of the platform are improved.

    本发明涉及火箭发射回收技术领域,具体公开了一种自沉浮式海上回收平台,包括火箭回收平台主体和连接在火箭回收平台主体顶部的回收台,火箭回收平台主体底部连接四组动力定位装置;火箭回收平台主体顶部且位于回收台的对角处安装防护箱,防护箱顶部连接四组GPS定位器;火箭回收平台主体四角处均通过连接件连接浮箱,防护箱内安装有用于向浮箱内泵水的双向定量液压泵,双向定量液压泵进水端通过管路连接处理管;本发明中通过向火箭回收平台主体和浮箱内抽灌水的方式,实现自沉浮式海上回收平台的上浮和下沉,使自沉浮式海上回收平台吃水保持在最小水线面位置,有效减缓平台的运动响应,减小风浪流影响,提高平台耐波性和稳定性。
