The invention belongs to the technical field of water traffic and transportation, and discloses a concrete tunnel immersed tube joint transportation method which comprises the following steps: S1, moving a semi-submerged ship to a transfer position on the water surface; s2, the tugboat drags the immersed tube joints at the to-be-dragged position to the to-be-loaded position on the water surface; s3, the semi-submerged ship pulls and moves the immersed tube joint from the to-be-loaded position to the transfer position, so that the immersed tube joint is located on a deck of the semi-submerged ship; s4, the immersed tube joints are flexibly connected with the semi-submerged ship; and S5, the semi-submerged ship loaded with the immersed tube joint moves to a target position on the water surface from the transfer position. The immersed tube joint is flexibly connected with the semi-submerged ship, so that the influence of sagging or arching of the semi-submerged ship caused by waves on the immersed tube joint can be reduced in the transportation process; the immersed tube joint and the semi-submerged ship are connected into a whole to form a composite beam structure, so that the structural strength is improved, the deformation of the semi-submerged ship is reduced, the influence of sagging or arching of the semi-submerged ship on the immersed tube joint is further reduced, and the immersed tube joint structure is prevented from being damaged.

    本发明属于水上交通运输技术领域,公开了一种混凝土隧道沉管管节运输方法,包括:步骤S1、半潜船移动至水面上的转运位置;步骤S2、拖船将在待拖行位置的沉管管节拖至水面上的待装载位置处;步骤S3、半潜船将沉管管节从待装载位置拉移至转运位置,使得沉管管节位于半潜船的甲板上;步骤S4、将沉管管节与半潜船柔性连接;步骤S5、载有沉管管节的半潜船从转运位置移动至水面上的目标位置处。通过沉管管节与半潜船柔性连接,在运输过程中能减少半潜船因波浪引起的中垂或中拱对沉管管节的影响;沉管管节和半潜船连接在一体后形成复合梁结构,提高结构强度,减少半潜船的变形,进一步降低半潜船中垂或中拱对沉管管节的影响,避免沉管管节结构遭受破坏。
