The invention discloses a steel pipeline offshore docking platform which comprises a first truss and two sets of buoyancy tank assemblies arranged at the two ends of the first truss correspondingly, and each buoyancy tank assembly comprises a buoyancy tank body, a first truss, a second truss and a plurality of buoyancy tanks, the pipeline bracket is installed on the upper surface of the buoyancy tank body, a positioning groove with an upward opening is formed in the pipeline bracket, the positioning groove is used for bearing the end of a pipeline, and the extending direction of the axis of the positioning groove is consistent with the extending direction of the axis of the end of the pipeline; the two first lug plates are arranged on the upper surface of the buoyancy tank body, and the two first lug plates are symmetrical relative to the axis of the positioning groove; the two second lug plates are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the buoyancy tank body, and the two second lug plates are symmetrical relative to the axis of the positioning groove; one end of the positioning anchor is connected with the buoyancy tank body, and the other end is fixed on a seabed. The invention further discloses a docking method. According to the method, the relative positions of the two pipelines during butt joint can be determined, and then the butt joint efficiency and the butt joint precision of the pipelines can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢质管道海上对接平台,包括第一桁架以及两组分别设置于第一桁架两端的浮箱组件,浮箱组件包括:浮箱本体,内部设有空腔,浮箱本适于浮于海面;管道托架,安装于浮箱本体的上表面,管道托架上设置有开口朝上的定位槽,定位槽用于承托管道的端部,定位槽轴线的延伸方向与管道端部轴线的延伸方向一致;两个第一耳板,设置于浮箱本体的上表面,两个第一耳板相对定位槽的轴线对称;两个第二耳板,设置于浮箱本体上相对的两个侧面,两个第二耳板相对定位槽的轴线对称;定位锚,一端连接浮箱本体,另一端固定于海床。本发明还公开了一种对接方法。本发明可以确定两个管道在对接时的相对位置,进而可提高管道的对接效率和对接精度。
