When the vehicle adheres to a road section, the movable end of the lifting device ascends and retracts, and the power frame does not bear the vertical load of the vehicle body; in the rack rail section, the movable end of the lifting device descends to abut against the secondary spring, the power frame bears part of the vertical load of the vehicle body, and the power frame provides traction force for the vehicle body.
