The driving mechanism is connected to the supporting frame and used for driving the supporting frame to move left and right relative to the ground rail, the jacking frame is located above the supporting frame and used for supporting the precast pile, the jacking mechanism is connected to the supporting frame, the jacking frame is connected to the driving end of the jacking mechanism, and the jacking mechanism is used for driving the jacking frame to move up and down; according to the precast pile transferring device, the precast pile transferring efficiency can be improved, the precast piles can be prevented from being damaged, and in addition, potential safety hazards existing when the precast piles are transferred in a traditional mode can be eliminated.
本发明揭示一种预制桩转运装置,包括支撑框架、顶升框架、驱动机构、顶升机构和两根呈前后方向间隔分布的地轨,每根地轨均由左向右延伸,支撑框架可左右移动地连接在两根地轨上,驱动机构连接在支撑框架上并用于驱动支撑框架相对地轨左右移动,顶升框架位于支撑框架的上方并用于支撑预制桩,顶升机构连接在支撑框架上,顶升框架连接在顶升机构的驱动端上,顶升机构用于驱动顶升框架上下移动;本发明能够提高对预制桩的转运效率,且能够避免对预制桩造成损坏,此外还能够消除采用传统方式转移预制桩所存在的安全隐患。
