The invention relates to an electric truck battery replacing station which comprises a charging box and a battery lifting system, the charging box comprises a lower cabin and an upper cabin which are detachably and fixedly connected, the battery lifting system comprises a crane and a lifting appliance, the crane comprises a longitudinal moving frame, a transverse moving frame and a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting speed reducer, four fixed pulleys and four steel wire ropes. A rope winding wheel is fixed to an output shaft of the lifting speed reducer, one ends of four steel wire ropes are connected with the rope winding wheel, and the other ends of the four steel wire ropes correspondingly wind around the four fixed pulleys and are connected with the transverse moving frame. The lifting appliance comprises a supporting frame which is correspondingly connected with four steel wire ropes through four movable pulleys, four lifting hook assemblies are arranged on the supporting frame, each lifting hook assembly comprises a rotating shaft, swing arms and hanging plates are correspondingly and vertically fixed to the upper end and the lower end of each rotating shaft, and the swing arms of the two lifting hook assemblies on the front side are connected with a left rotation driving device. The swing arms of the two lifting hook assemblies on the rear side are connected with a right rotation driving device. The device has the advantages of being convenient to disassemble and assemble, safe, reliable and high in working efficiency.
