The invention discloses an assembly method of a spliced battery swap station, which comprises the following steps: preparing a bottom plate which is prepared from reinforced concrete in advance; the bottom plate is installed at a preset position of a use site; a charging equipment assembly and a battery replacing equipment assembly are mounted on the bottom plate; a battery swap station shell is installed on the bottom plate. The battery replacing station adopts the reinforced concrete prefabricated bottom plate, the bottom plate can be manufactured in advance in a factory and then transported to a battery replacing station using site, equipment in the battery replacing station can be directly installed on the prefabricated bottom plate, the prefabricated concrete bottom plate is higher in size precision compared with a foundation built on site, and the equipment installation position is more accurate; foundation construction work on the use site of the battery swap station is reduced, the construction process of the battery swap station is simplified, and the construction time and labor cost of the battery swap station are effectively shortened. The bottom plate is prefabricated through concrete, is high in strength and can stably support the whole battery replacing station, and the stability of the battery replacing station is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种拼接式换电站的装配方法,包括:制备底板,底板由钢筋混凝土预先制得;将底板安装至使用场地的预设位置处;在底板上安装充电设备组件与换电设备组件;在底板上安装换电站外壳。换电站采用钢筋混凝土预制底板,可以在工厂内预先将底板制备完成后再运输至换电站使用场地,换电站中的设备可以直接安装在预制底板上,预制混凝土底板相比于现场建造的地基尺寸精度更高,设备安装位置更加准确,减少了在换电站的使用现场的地基建造工作,简化换电站的建造工艺,有效缩短了换电站的建造时间和人力成本。并且底板采用混凝土预制,强度高,能够稳定支撑整个换电站,保证换电站的稳定性。
