The invention provides an electric vehicle wireless charging system and a transmitting coil design method thereof. According to the method, an equivalent circuit model of the wireless charging system is established, a magnetic induction intensity mathematical expression generated by a system transmitting coil at any point in a receiving coil plane is derived, an optimization target model is constructed according to the derived magnetic induction intensity mathematical expression, and in combination with a constraint condition of the optimization target model, a wireless charging system is established. The number of turns, the turn spacing and the coil width of the transmitting coil capable of generating a relatively uniform magnetic field are determined, so that the coil configuration of the transmitting coil of the combined planar spiral structure is determined, and finally, the magnetic field distribution of the transmitting coil on a receiving coil plane and the magnetic flux density modulus distribution of a section line on the plane are calculated through finite element simulation software. The combined planar spiral structure transmitting coil provided by the invention can still keep relatively stable mutual inductance after a system receiving coil deviates.

    本发明提出了一种电动汽车无线充电系统及该系统的发射线圈设计方法。本发明建立了无线充电系统的等效电路模型,推导了系统发射线圈在接收线圈平面内任意一点产生的磁感应强度数学表达式,根据推导的磁感应强度数学表达式构建优化目标模型,结合优化目标模型的约束条件,确定能够产生相对均匀磁场的发射线圈匝数、匝间距和线圈宽度,从而确定组合式平面螺旋结构发射线圈的线圈构型,最后通过有限元仿真软件计算该发射线圈在接收线圈平面上的磁场分布、平面上一条截线的磁通密度模分布。本发明提出的组合式平面螺旋结构发射线圈在系统接收线圈发生偏移后仍能保持较稳定的互感。
