The invention discloses a motor parking mechanism and a parking method.The motor parking mechanism comprises a parking main body, a parking lock pin and a hydraulic system, the parking main body and one end of a stator of a motor are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode, and a parking pin groove matched with the parking lock pin is formed in the position, opposite to the stator of the motor, of the parking main body; the parking main body is provided with a parking sliding groove and a hydraulic oil channel, the parking lock pin is arranged in the parking sliding groove in an up-down sliding fit mode, one end of the parking sliding groove is communicated with one end of the hydraulic oil channel, the other end of the hydraulic oil channel is communicated with an oil outlet of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic control system is in control connection with the gear shifter. Magnetic parking is achieved through cooperation of the iron parking lock pin and the corresponding parking lock pin arranged on the permanent magnet stator iron core, meanwhile, the hydraulic control system controls the pressure applied to the parking lock pin by the oil way, the parking lock pin and the stator iron core are separated by overcoming the magnetic force of the parking lock pin and the stator iron core, parking of a vehicle body is relieved, and the parking safety of the vehicle body is improved. The whole device is simple in structure and suitable for the permanent magnet synchronous motor.

    本发明公开了一种电机驻车机构及驻车方法,包括驻车主体、驻车锁销和液压系统,所述的驻车主体与电机的定子一端部相对间距设置,且所述的电机定子相对位置设置有与驻车锁销配合的驻车销槽;所述的驻车主体上设置有驻车滑槽和液压油道,驻车锁销上下滑动配合设置在驻车滑槽内,所述驻车滑槽的一端与液压油道的一端连通,液压油道的另一端与液压系统的出油口连通,液压控制系统与换挡器控制连接。本发明通过铁至的驻车锁销配合永磁定子铁芯上开设对应的驻车锁销配合实现磁性的驻车,同时通过液压控制系统控制油路给与驻车锁销的压力,使其克服驻车锁销与定子铁芯的磁力从而使二者分离,实现车体驻车的解除,整个装置结构简单,适用于永磁同步电机。
