The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery connecting structure which comprises a shell, an opening is formed in the shell, a spring bolt, a limiting arm, a signal switch and a plurality of double-end riveting nuts are arranged in the shell, the spring bolt and the limiting arm are both rotatably fixed in the shell, a notch is formed in the left side end of the spring bolt, a lock opening is formed in the right side end of the spring bolt, and the signal switch is arranged in the lock opening. The lock opening corresponds to the opening in position and can be connected with the lock column penetrating through the opening, the limiting arm is rotationally connected with the spring bolt, and when the right side end of the limiting arm rotates into the notch, the signal switch located at the lower end of the limiting arm is pressed, and at the moment, the spring bolt is in a clamped and locked state; when the right side end of the limiting arm rotates to be separated from the notch, the signal switch located at the lower end of the limiting arm is separated from the limiting arm, and the spring bolt is in an unlocked state at the moment. The connection structure has no influence on the battery structure, and the connection and replacement frequency of the battery and the vehicle body is more reliable; according to the structure, the convenience of electric vehicle battery replacement and vehicle maintenance is met, and time and cost waste caused by only arriving at a formulated station is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池连接结构,包括壳体,壳体上设置有开口,壳体内设置有锁舌、限位臂、信号开关以及多个双头铆接螺母,锁舌和限位臂均可旋转地固定于壳体内,锁舌的左侧端设置有豁口、右侧端设置有锁口,锁口与开口的位置相对应并能与穿过开口的锁柱相连接,限位臂与锁舌转动连接,当限位臂的右侧端转动至豁口内时,位于限位臂下端的信号开关被压紧,此时锁舌处于卡接锁死状态;当限位臂的右侧端转动至与豁口脱离时,位于限位臂下端的信号开关脱离限位臂,此时锁舌处于解锁状态。本申请的连接结构对电池结构无影响,电池与车体连接更换频率更可靠;该结构同时满足电动车换电以及车辆检修方便性,避免只能到制定站点的时间和费用浪费。
