The invention discloses a vehicle active suspension controller design method based on tire force estimation, and belongs to the field of automobile control, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, building a two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear active suspension model, defining a state variable, and constructing a state space expression of a system in combination with a differential homeomorphic concept; and 2, deducing and designing a suspension controller according to the suspension model established in the step 1. The method can effectively solve the conflict between the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body and the dynamic stroke of the suspension, improves the riding comfort and operation stability of the vehicle, can estimate the stress of the tire, effectively solves the adverse effect on the vehicle performance caused by the complex and nonlinear stress of the tire and difficult measurement and calculation, and improves the reliability of the vehicle. And the driving smoothness of the vehicle is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于轮胎力估计的车辆主动悬架控制器设计方法,属于汽车控制领域,包括如下步骤:步骤一:建立二自由度非线性主动悬架模型,定义状态变量,并结合微分同胚的概念构建系统的状态空间表达式;步骤二:根据步骤一建立的悬架模型推导设计出悬架控制器。本发明能够有效解决车身垂直加速度与悬架动行程之间的冲突,提高车辆的乘坐舒适性及操作稳定性,同时能够估计轮胎的受力,有效解决了因轮胎受力呈复杂非线性且难以测算对车辆性能造成的不利影响,进而提高了车辆的行驶平顺性。
