The invention relates to the field of unmanned equipment, in particular to an unmanned patrol vehicle self-adaptive to road conditions, which comprises a wheel frame and a wheel axle which are concentrically arranged, a plurality of spokes are connected between the wheel frame and the wheel axle, the wheel axle is connected with a transmission shaft, each spoke comprises a spoke plate and a plate shell which are slidably inserted, and the spoke plates and the plate shells are fixedly connected with the wheel axle and the wheel frame respectively. A limiting plate slides in the plate shell, a spring is arranged between the limiting plate and the wheel disk, and a push-and-pull device is arranged between the limiting plate and the transmission shaft. The push-and-pull device drives the limiting plate to move relative to the wheel disk and is used for adjusting the compression amount of the spring and changing the damping reduction of a vehicle, so that the vehicle keeps low damping and efficient power transmission on a flat road section; power transmission is weakened on a bumpy road section, high shock absorption is kept, and self-adaptive adjustment on different road sections is achieved.
