The invention discloses an expressway congestion identification method and device based on floating car data and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: reconstructing the floating car data of an expressway at a certain time period through a phase space, and analyzing the speed data of the floating car through clustering; and according to the clustering analysis result and the congestion state of the previous time period, determining the congestion smooth condition of the expressway in the current time period. According to the invention, through floating vehicle speed clustering, the speed change in the vehicle forming process can be accurately identified, so that the congestion and smoothness condition of a high-speed kilometer is judged, the accuracy of vehicle travel time prediction is improved, and efficient travel of citizens is assisted.

    本发明公开了一种基于浮动车数据的高速公路拥堵识别方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质,该方法通过相空间重构高速公路某时段的浮动车数据,通过聚类分析浮动车速度数据,根据聚类分析结果和上一时段的拥堵状态确定当前时段高速公路的拥堵通顺情况。本发明通过浮动车速度聚类,能准确的识别车辆形成过程中的速度大小变化,从而判别出高速公里的拥堵通顺情况,提高了车辆行程时间预测的准确率,助力了市民高效出行。
