The invention discloses an automatic deviation correcting mechanism for oblique photogrammetry of a yaw angle of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The automatic deviation correcting mechanism comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle; the retention column rod comprises a mounting seat mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle, a shaft rod is spherically hinged to the mounting seat, and the lower end of the shaft rod is used for mounting and retention of a photographic device; the deviation rectifying mechanism comprises a fixed frame and a dynamic deflection angle calculation system, the fixed frame is installed at the bottom end of the middle of the unmanned aerial vehicle and arranged outside the retention column rod in a surrounding and sleeving mode, and the dynamic deflection angle calculation system is arranged on the fixed frame and used for conducting deflection angle monitoring and deviation rectifying on the retention column rod; and the control system is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle and used for data processing and feedback regulation and control of the deviation rectifying mechanism.
