The invention discloses a construction method for a steel box girder of an underpass main line ramp bridge, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction.The construction method comprises the following steps that after construction of an upper-layer bridge is completed, a hanging point is formed in a preset position of the upper-layer bridge, and a hanging system is installed at the hanging point; and the hoisting section of the lower-layer bridge is transported to the staggered position of the upper-layer bridge and the lower-layer bridge, and the hoisting section is hoisted to the designed elevation through a hoisting system and is folded with the temporary span section. The hanging point is arranged at the preset position of the upper-layer bridge, the hanging system is installed at the hanging point, and the hanging section of the lower-layer bridge is hung to the set elevation and is folded with the temporary span section, so that the hanging efficiency of the lower-layer bridge can be improved, the construction and transportation of the lower-layer bridge are not influenced by the land area or the water area, and the construction universality is enhanced; the hoisting section is used for hoisting through a hoisting system erected on the upper-layer bridge, and the problems that hoisting equipment cannot work due to site limitation or space limitation, and synchronous operation is difficult during hoisting of the hoisting equipment are solved.

    本发明公开了一种下穿主线匝道桥钢箱梁的施工方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域,该施工方法包括以下步骤:待上层桥施工完成后,在上层桥的预设位置开设吊挂点,在吊挂点处安装吊挂系统;将下层桥的吊装段运输至上层桥与下层桥的交错位置,通过吊挂系统将吊装段吊装至设计标高并与临跨段合拢。通过在上层桥上的预设位置开设吊挂点,并在吊挂点处安装吊挂系统,对下层桥的吊装段进行吊装至设定标高并与临跨段合拢,从而可以提高下层桥的吊装效率,使下层桥的施工和运输不受陆域或水域的影响,增强了施工的通用性;吊装段利用上层桥上架设的吊装系统进行吊装,解决了起重设备受场地限制或空间限制而无法作业,及起重设备抬吊时同步操作困难等问题。
