The suspension type double-wheel differential electric forklift comprises a forklift body, a suspension supporting plate, a hydraulic lifting module, a battery box, a control module and a walking driving module. The hydraulic system is characterized in that the hydraulic pump is provided with a high-pressure output port connected to a high-pressure oil way of the oil cylinder, and an oil injection port of the oil cylinder is modified into an oil return port connected to a low-pressure input port of the hydraulic pump; the special wheel shaft can penetrate through a hole in the lower end of the forklift oil cylinder, the special shape of the special wheel shaft enables the special wheel shaft penetrating through the hole and the walking wheels to have certain vertical swing capacity, and the two walking wheels can swing along with the special wheel shaft. Through an uneven road surface, under the action of gravity, two wheels are ensured to be in contact with the ground at the same time, and two output shafts of the differential mechanism can normally generate driving torque and are prevented from entering a slipping state; a battery box is attached to the handle, a lithium battery is arranged in the battery box, a shell is provided with a controller, the design ensures that all parts are relatively fixed, a connecting wire is not twisted during steering, and the reliability and the service life of the system are improved.

    本发明专利公开了一种悬挂式双轮差速电动叉车,包括叉车本体、悬挂支撑板、液压起升模块、电池箱及控制模块、行走驱动模块。其特征在于,所述液压泵有高压输出口连接到油缸的高压油路,油缸的注油口改装为回油口连接至液压泵的低压输入口;所述特制轮轴可以穿过所述叉车油缸下端得孔口,其特殊形状使得穿过孔口的特质轮轴和行走轮具有了一定的上下摆动能力,两个行走轮可跟随特制轮轴摆动。经过不平整的路面,在重力的作用下,保证两轮同时与地面接触,差速器两输出轴都能够正常产生驱动扭矩,避免进入打滑状态;手柄上附有电池箱,内置锂电池,外壳设置有控制器,该设计保证各部件相对固定,转向时连接线没有扭扯现象,提高系统可靠性及寿命。
