The invention provides a method for hoisting a water intake head of a water intake pumping station, which comprises the following steps of: partitioning the water intake head to be hoisted according to a preset partitioning drawing, and layering each block up and down to respectively obtain an upper layer block unit and a lower layer block unit corresponding to the upper layer block unit; a hoisting frame is installed on the lower-layer block unit, hoisting equipment is fixed to a hoisting point of the hoisting frame, the lower-layer block unit is vertically hoisted and transported to a preset installation position through the hoisting equipment, and the lower-layer block unit is lowered to the underwater preset installation position from the position above the water surface of the preset installation position; and after all the lower-layer block units are arranged at the preset mounting positions, the adjacent lower-layer block units are assembled and fixed underwater, and the lower-layer unit of the water taking head is obtained. By means of the method, the problems that in the prior art, a method for integrally hoisting the water taking head through a hoisting ship with the ultra-large hoisting tonnage is long in consumed time, low in efficiency, high in cost, prone to damaging the water taking head and the like can be solved.
本发明提供一种取水泵站的取水头部吊装方法,包括如下步骤:按照预设分块图纸,对待吊装的取水头部进行分块,并对每块进行上下分层,分别得到上层块单元和与上层块单元对应的下层块单元;在下层块单元上安装吊装框架,将吊装设备固定在所述吊装框架的吊装点上,通过吊装设备将下层块单元垂直吊起运输至预设安装位置,从预设安装位置的水面上方下放至水下的预设安装位置;当下层块单元全部置于所述预设安装位置后,在水下将相邻的下层块单元进行组装固定,得到取水头部的下层单元。利用本发明能够解决现有技术中,采用的利用超大吊装吨位起重船舶对取水头部整体吊装的方法存在耗时时间长、效率低、费用高、容易对取水头部造成损坏等问题。
