The invention relates to an aircraft pressure center adjusting device and an adjusting method and a design method thereof. The method comprises the steps that the length and the minimum section size of the inner space of a tail cabin section of an aircraft are obtained; based on the length and the minimum section size, the initial length and the initial section size of the initial telescopic section are determined; according to an internal mechanism of the internal space of the tail cabin section of the aircraft, an avoiding space corresponding to the internal mechanism is arranged on the initial telescopic section, the section shape of the initial telescopic section is obtained, and initial parameters are formed by combining the initial length and the initial section size; based on the initial parameters, the aerodynamic performance of the initial telescopic section is verified and analyzed, and the telescopic section meeting the requirement is obtained. In order to improve stability, the telescopic section extends outwards from the tail of the aircraft, and the pressure center and the pneumatic focus of the aircraft move backwards. In order to improve the maneuverability, the telescopic section shrinks inwards from the tail of the aircraft, and the pressure center and the pneumatic focus of the aircraft move forwards, so that the problems caused by a variable-centroid pressure center change treatment mode are solved.
