The invention discloses an axle counting and broken rail detection integrated sensor structure and a use method. The sensor structure comprises a transmitting coil, a first receiving coil and a second receiving coil, wherein the transmitting coil, the first receiving coil and the second receiving coil are symmetrically arranged on the same horizontal axis; the AC/DC receiving sensor is horizontally arranged and is positioned on one side of the transmitting coil; the arrangement direction of the transmitting coil and the AC/DC receiving sensor is perpendicular to the horizontal axis. The transmitting coil is used for transmitting an alternating-current electromagnetic field, and the first receiving coil and the second receiving coil are used for receiving reflected electromagnetic fields of wheels, so that axle counting equipment can judge the driving direction of the wheels and the number of the wheels passing through the sensor according to the sequence of signals output by the first receiving coil and the second receiving coil. The alternating-current and direct-current receiving sensor is used for receiving the magnetic field intensity of steel rail backflow and adapts to alternating-current traction and direct-current traction, and signals are used for balance degree detection and broken rail inspection of steel rail backflow. The sensor is simple in structural arrangement, can realize the axle counting superposition broken rail detection function at the same time, and integrates the advantages of the two.

    本发明公开了一种计轴和断轨检测一体化传感器结构及使用方法,该传感器结构包括:发射线圈分别与第一接收线圈和第二接收线圈在同一水平轴线上对称布置;交直流接收传感器水平布置,且位于发射线圈一侧;发射线圈与交直流接收传感器的布置方向与水平轴线垂直。发射线圈用于发射一个交流电磁场,第一和第二接收线圈用于接收车轮的反射电磁场,有助于计轴设备根据第一接收线圈和第二接收线圈输出的信号顺序判断车轮的行驶方向和经过此传感器的车轮数量,交直流接收传感器用于接收钢轨回流的磁场强度,适应交流牵引和直流牵引,此信号用于钢轨回流的平衡度检测和断轨检查。该传感器结构布置简单、可同时实现计轴叠加断轨检测功能,兼具二者优点于一体。
