The battery protection device in the vehicle comprises a battery body, a first frame and a second frame, the battery body, the first frame and the second frame are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; a plurality of cutting plates are arranged in an inner cavity of the first frame, and the sides, extending out of the first frame, of the cutting plates are connected with pushing blocks. A communicating groove is formed in the surface of the cutting plate, inclined blocks are arranged on the two sides of an inner cavity of the communicating groove, and the inclined blocks are connected with the cutting knife; a first connecting block, a second connecting block and a connecting rod are sequentially arranged on the surface of the battery body from bottom to top; the second connecting block penetrates through the communicating groove and extends to an inner cavity of the first frame. The top of the connecting rod extends to the inner cavity of the second frame and is connected with the top of the inner cavity of the second frame. When the vehicle body is impacted by external force, the battery body is disconnected from the first frame, so that safety accidents such as electric leakage and fire caused by extrusion of the battery body are avoided, and the safety is improved.

    本申请公开了一种车辆及车辆电池保护方法,属于车辆技术领域。该车辆中的电池保护装置包括:电池本体、第一框架和第二框架;电池本体、第一框架和第二框架由下到上顺次设置;第一框架的内腔设置多个裁切板,且裁切板延伸至第一框架外部的一侧连接推动块;裁切板的表面设置连通槽,连通槽内腔的两侧均设置倾斜块,倾斜块与切割刀连接;电池本体的表面由下到上顺次设置第一连接块、第二连接块和连接杆;第二连接块贯穿连通槽并延伸至第一框架的内腔;连接杆的顶部延伸至第二框架的内腔,且与第二框架内腔的顶部连接。当车身受到外力撞击时,电池本体与第一框架断开连接,从而避免电池本体因受到挤压而发生漏电、起火等安全事故,提高了安全性。
