The invention discloses a vehicle and an active suspension performance improving method thereof, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the preview recognition of a driving road surface, and obtaining the road condition information; and adjusting the height of the vehicle suspension according to the road condition information. Therefore, according to the method, the active suspension of the vehicle can be effectively controlled in time, so that the driving stability of the vehicle is improved, meanwhile, the adaptability of the vehicle to road conditions is improved, the driving safety of a user is guaranteed, and the user experience is improved.
