The invention discloses a service life monitoring method and a service life monitoring device for a vehicle suspension system. The service life monitoring method for the vehicle suspension system comprises the following steps: acquiring displacement data of a shock absorber in the suspension system; working parameters of the shock absorber are determined according to the displacement data; determining performance parameters of each part in the suspension system according to the working parameters; determining the current working condition of the corresponding part according to the performance parameter of each part so as to obtain the frequency of each working condition of each part; determining the actual loss of the corresponding part according to the frequency of each working condition of each part; and monitoring the service life of the corresponding part according to the actual loss of each part. Therefore, the actual loss of each part of the vehicle suspension system is monitored through the service life monitoring method, and compared with the prior art, a user can replace the seriously abraded parts in the vehicle suspension system in time, so that the driving safety of the vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆悬架系统的寿命监测方法以及寿命监测装置,车辆悬架系统的寿命监测方法包括:获取悬架系统中减振器的位移数据;根据位移数据确定减振器的工作参数;根据工作参数确定悬架系统中每个零部件的性能参数;根据每个零部件的性能参数确定对应零部件的当前工况,以获得每个零部件所受每个工况的次数;根据每个零部件所受每个工况的次数确定相应零部件的实际损耗;根据每个零部件的实际损耗对相应零部件的寿命进行监测。由此,通过使用寿命监测方法对车辆悬架系统的各个零部件的实际损耗进行监测,与现有技术相比,可以使用户及时更换车辆悬架系统中磨损严重的零部件,从而可以提高车辆的行驶安全性。
