The invention provides an OTA upgrading control method which comprises the steps that when it is judged that a vehicle meets a preset OTA upgrading condition, a main controller BDC determines the electric quantity of a storage battery needed by upgrading according to the capacity of an OTA upgrading package, the aging degree of the storage battery and the temperature of the storage battery; the main controller BDC judges whether the current residual electric quantity of the storage battery meets the electric quantity of the storage battery required by upgrading or not; if the current residual electric quantity of the storage battery meets the electric quantity of the storage battery required by upgrading, the main controller BDC sends an OTA mode = 0x1 upgrading signal to each secondary controller through a CAN (Controller Area Network); after receiving the OTA mode = 0x1 upgrading signal, each auxiliary controller executes OTA upgrading and limits the power utilization of the corresponding preset electric appliance load until an OTA mode = 0x0 signal which is sent by the main controller BDC and represents that the OTA upgrading is completed is received; and meanwhile, the main controller BDC executes OTA upgrading and limits the power consumption of the corresponding preset electric appliance load until the main controller BDC sends out an OTA mode = 0 * 0 signal representing that the OTA upgrading is completed.

    本发明提供了一种OTA升级控制方法,包括:在判断出车辆满足预设OTA升级条件时,主控制器BDC根据本次OTA升级包的容量大小、蓄电池老化程度、蓄电池温度确定升级所需蓄电池电量;主控制器BDC判断蓄电池当前剩余电量是否满足升级所需蓄电池电量;若蓄电池当前剩余电量满足升级所需蓄电池电量,主控制器BDC通过CAN网络发送OTA mode=0x1升级信号给各副控制器;各副控制器在接受到OTA mode=0x1升级信号后执行OTA升级,并限制各自对应的预设电器负载用电,直至接收到主控制器BDC发送的表征OTA升级完成的OTA mode=0x0信号;同时,主控制器BDC执行OTA升级,并限制自身对应的预设电器负载用电,直至自身发出表征OTA升级完成的OTA mode=0x0信号。
