The front-end processing module is used for carrying out data processing on different data sources, and the different data sources comprise the A/C equipment response signal, the S-mode response signal and the ADS-B signal. The monitoring processing module is used for monitoring and tracking targets of different data sources and sending a tracking result to the anti-collision processing module; the anti-collision processing module is used for carrying out anti-collision processing according to the tracking result and generating an alarm suggestion; the monitoring processing module is used for monitoring data sources of an aircraft, multi-scene operation of the aircraft can be supported, selection and fusion of airborne multi-data sources and decoupling of an algorithm and equipment can be supported, and the supported algorithm can be suitable for different aircrafts or equipment platforms.
