The invention discloses a winching machine system based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and relates to the field of winching systems for power transmission line construction. An existing winching machine has many gears, and gear shifting operation is troublesome. The system comprises a speed-changing gear box, a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, a motor driver, a main controller, a power battery pack, a wired control cable and a handheld controller provided with a display screen, and relation parameters of current and torque of the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor in all speed sections of acceleration and constant speed are stored in the main controller. And the main controller reads the current to measure and calculate the load tension. According to the technical scheme, maximum torque values are set for different speeds and accelerations of the winching mill, it is ensured that the permanent magnet synchronous motor is not overloaded, and the safety of winching mill construction is improved; the maximum working load tension value is preset through the handheld controller, when the load tension is larger than the preset maximum load tension value, the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor stops working, overload is prompted on a display screen of the handheld controller, and the safety of winching construction is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于永磁同步电机的绞磨机系统,涉及输电线路施工绞磨系统领域。现有的绞磨挡位多,换挡操作比较麻烦。本发明包括齿轮变速箱、永磁同步伺服电机、电机驱动器、主控器、动力电池组、有线控制电缆和设有显示屏的手持控制器,主控器中存储有永磁同步伺服电机在加速和匀速的各个速度段的电流和扭矩的关系参数,主控器读取电流来测算负载拉力。本技术方案对绞磨不同速度和加速度设置最大扭矩值,确保永磁同步电机不超载,提高绞磨施工的安全性;通过手持控制器预设工作最大载荷拉力数值,当负载拉力大于预设最大载荷拉力值时,永磁同步伺服电机停止运作,并在手持控制器的显示屏上提示超载,进一步提高绞磨施工的安全性。
