According to the crown block limiting mechanism, a limiting assembly for deflection of the lifting rope in the lifting and moving process of the crown block body can be formed, and when the lifting rope inclines by a large angle due to stress, the fixing pipe is driven to continuously move upwards on the guide rod through transmission, so that the lifting rope is prevented from being deflected. At the moment, the position of the fixing pipe is recognized through a proximity switch on the second fixing plate, an alarm is given, an operator is reminded of the phenomenon that the deflection amount exceeds the limiting requirement in the traveling process of the crown block body, and speed reduction adjustment needs to be conducted in time, so that the safety of the crown block body in the using process is further improved.
