The invention discloses a driving speed acquisition device and method, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The device comprises two rotating speed sensors and a speed measurement plug-in; the speed measurement plug-in is integrated with two processing units and an output unit. The first processing unit is connected with the first rotating speed sensor through a first group of input channels of the speed measuring plug-in and is used for resolving and generating a first speed signal according to a pair of speed pulse signals output by the first rotating speed sensor; the second processing unit is connected with a second rotating speed sensor through a second group of input channels of the speed measuring plug-in and is used for resolving and generating a second speed signal according to a pair of speed pulse signals output by the second rotating speed sensor; the output unit determines and outputs a driving speed signal based on voting calculation of the first speed signal and the second speed signal. The data error can be effectively reduced, the data reliability and accuracy of the collected and output running speed are improved, and the running safety is effectively guaranteed.
