The invention discloses a fiber grating sensor axle counting method, system and equipment. Comprising the following steps: obtaining a threshold comparison value of a corresponding strain detection grating according to a difference value between real-time wavelengths of a first strain detection grating and a second strain detection grating in the fiber grating sensor and a real-time minimum wavelength in the axle counting process; switching the state of the corresponding strain detection grating according to the comparison of the threshold value comparison value and the rising threshold value or the falling threshold value; setting an axle counting state according to the states of the two strain detection gratings; according to the states of the strain detection gratings, threshold comparison values of the first strain detection grating and the second strain detection grating are set as a first identification value and a second identification value respectively; updating the first calibration value and the second calibration value, and calibrating the axle counting state according to the first calibration value and the second calibration value; according to the states of the first strain detection grating and the second strain detection grating and the calibrated axle counting state, the number of axles with the train running direction is output. The axle counting state can be dynamically calibrated, and axle counting omission is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种光纤光栅传感器计轴方法、系统和设备。包括:分别根据所述光纤光栅传感器中的第一及第二应变检测光栅的实时波长和本次计轴过程中的实时最小波长的差值,得到对应应变检测光栅的阈值对比值;根据阈值对比值和上升阈值或下降阈值的对比,切换对应应变检测光栅的状态;根据两个应变检测光栅的状态,设置计轴状态;根据应变检测光栅状态,分别将第一及第二应变检测光栅的阈值对比值设为第一标识值和第二标识值;更新第一及第二校准值,并根据第一及第二校准值对计轴状态进行校准;根据第一及第二应变检测光栅的状态和校准后的计轴状态,输出带有列车行驶方向的轴数。能够动态校准计轴状态,避免了漏计轴情况。
