The knob is mounted at the lower part of a mounting hole of the frame, the lock cylinder is mounted at the upper part of a fan-shaped hole of the storage battery, the knob is rotated to adjust the lock cylinder to be in an opening state or a battery locking state, and after the lock cylinder is adjusted in place, the knob and the frame are fastened by the tension spring. According to the locking device, the bottom of the storage battery is locked, the storage battery is fixed to the forklift frame, the whole forklift stability is improved, the risk that the storage battery moves out of the forklift frame is greatly reduced, the safety of personnel is effectively protected, and meanwhile the locking device is simple in structure and easy to operate.
本发明公开一种用于蓄电池固定在车架上的锁紧装置及电动叉车,包括锁芯、旋钮和拉簧,所述旋钮与锁芯连接且两者能同步转动,蓄电池的底部开有若干扇形孔,车架的底部设有若干与扇形孔对应的安装孔,所述旋钮安装在车架的安装孔的下部,锁芯安装在蓄电池的扇形孔上部,转动旋钮调节锁芯处于开启状态或锁紧电池状态,调节到位后,所述旋钮与车架间用拉簧紧固。本发明的锁紧装置,从蓄电池底部锁紧,将蓄电池固定在车架上,提高了叉车的整车稳定性,大大降低了蓄电池窜出车架的风险,有效保护了人员的安全,同时结构简单、易操作。
