The invention provides a vehicle formation driving method and device based on vehicle infrastructure collaboration, and the method comprises the steps: receiving the driving state information sent by an (i-1) th vehicle in real time in the vehicle formation driving process of an ith vehicle, and if it is determined that the driving state information of the (i-1) th vehicle is changed, determining the driving state information of the (i-1) th vehicle according to the changed driving state information of the (i-1) th vehicle, and adaptively adjusting the driving state of the i-th vehicle through the auxiliary automatic driving mode, and performing auxiliary automatic driving according to the adjusted driving state. Thus, according to the scheme, in the driving process of the vehicle formation, the rear vehicle can adjust the driving state of the vehicle in real time according to the driving state information, received in real time, of the front vehicle, so that the distance between the adjacent vehicles meets the distance setting requirement; and all the vehicles in the vehicle formation run at a constant speed according to the same running speed, so that the running energy consumption of the vehicle formation can be effectively reduced, and the traffic efficiency of the road where the vehicle formation is located can be improved.

    本申请提供了一种基于车路协同的车辆编队行驶方法及装置,该方法包括第i车辆在车辆编队行驶过程中,实时接收第i‑1车辆发送的行驶状态信息,若确定第i‑1车辆的行驶状态信息发生变更,则根据第i‑1车辆的变更后的行驶状态信息,通过辅助自动驾驶模式自适应地调整第i车辆的行驶状态,按照调整后的行驶状态进行辅助自动驾驶。如此,该方案在车辆编队的行驶过程中,后车可以通过根据实时接收到的前车的行驶状态信息进行实时调整本车辆的行驶状态,以便使得相邻车辆间的间距满足间距设定要求,而且车辆编队中的各车辆都是按照相同的行驶速度进行匀速行驶,从而可以有效地降低车辆编队的行驶能耗,并可以提高车辆编队所在道路的通行效率。
