The invention provides an electro-hydraulic steering hydraulic system, which relates to the technical field of vehicle chassis equipment, and particularly comprises a pressure source, a first alignment reversing valve, a first cartridge hydraulic control switching valve, a first proportional direction valve, a second proportional direction valve, a power-assisted oil cylinder, an alignment cylinder and a control unit, a P port of the first alignment reversing valve is connected with a pressure source, a B port of the first alignment reversing valve is connected with a D1 port and a D2 port of the power-assisted alignment cylinder, a T port of the first alignment reversing valve is connected with a hydraulic oil recovery device, a K port of the first hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a B port of the first alignment reversing valve, an A port of the first hydraulic control reversing valve is communicated with an A cavity of the power-assisted alignment cylinder, and a B port of the first alignment reversing valve is communicated with a B cavity of the power-assisted alignment cylinder. A cavity A and a cavity B of the power-assisted alignment cylinder are further connected with the control unit, a port P of the second alignment reversing valve is connected with the pressure source, a port B of the second alignment reversing valve is connected with a port D1 and a port D2 of the alignment cylinder, and a port T of the second alignment reversing valve is connected with a hydraulic oil recovery device. The steering reliability of the vehicle can be improved, miniaturization and light weight are achieved, and safety is higher.

    本发明提供一种电液转向液压系统,涉及车辆底盘装备技术领域,具体包括压力源、第一对正换向阀、第一插装式液控切换阀、第一比例方向阀、第二比例方向阀、助力油缸、对正缸及控制单元,第一对正换向阀的P口连接压力源、B口连接助力对正缸的D1接口、D2接口、T口连接液压油回收装置,第一液控换向阀的K口与所述第一对正换向阀的B口相连接、A口与所述助力对正缸的A腔连通、B口与所述助力对正缸的B腔连通,助力对正缸的A腔、B腔还连接所述控制单元,所述第二对正换向阀的P口连接所述压力源、B口连接所述对正缸的D1、D2接口、T口连接液压油回收装置。本发明能够提高车辆的转向可靠性、实现了小型化及轻量化并且安全性更高。
