The invention discloses a control system and method for a self-leveling suspension and a vehicle. The control system obtains the pressure value of each oil cylinder when the vehicle travels on a flat road surface and the pressure value of each oil cylinder when the vehicle just travels on an uneven road surface, and calculates the pressure change value of each oil cylinder; the pressure change value of the oil cylinder is compared with the pressure adjusting range of the energy accumulator, if the pressure change value of the oil cylinder is within the pressure adjusting range of the energy accumulator, active vibration reduction adjustment is carried out without oil supplementation of a hydraulic system, and passive vibration reduction adjustment is achieved only through self-compensation of an oil-gas system of the energy accumulator; and if the pressure exceeds the pressure adjusting range of the energy accumulator, the controller controls the hydraulic system to intervene to supplement oil to the oil cylinder, so that active vibration reduction adjustment is achieved. And moreover, the hydraulic system is used for actively supplementing oil when the vehicle just runs to the uneven road surface, so that advanced intervention of the hydraulic system is realized, the shaking amplitude of the suspension in the process of running from the flat road surface to the uneven road surface can be effectively reduced, and the vehicle runs more stably.

    本发明公开了一种自调平悬架的控制系统及控制方法、车辆,该控制系统通过分别获取车辆行驶在平坦路面时每个油缸的压力值和车辆刚行驶至不平路面时每个油缸的压力值,计算得到每个油缸的压力变化值,将其与蓄能器的压力调整范围进行比对,若油缸的压力变化值在蓄能器的压力调整范围内,不通过液压系统补油进行主动减振调节,仅通过蓄能器的油气系统进行自我补偿实现被动减振调节;若超出蓄能器的压力调整范围,控制器控制液压系统介入对油缸进行补油,以实现主动减振调节。并且,液压系统是在车辆刚行驶至不平路面时进行主动补油,实现了液压系统的提前介入,能有效地减小悬架从平坦路面行驶至不平路面过程中的晃动幅度,使车辆行驶更加平稳。
