A power battery voltage regulation circuit comprises a power battery (11), a heating module, a charging and discharging interface (13) and a voltage regulation switch assembly. The heating module comprises an energy storage element and a switch module; the power battery (11) is connected in parallel with the switch module; external charging and discharging equipment is connected in parallel with the power battery (11) through the charging and discharging interface (13); the voltage regulation switch assembly comprises a plurality of switches, and the plurality of switches are arranged between the charging and discharging interface (13) and the power battery (11); and the voltage regulation switch assembly and the switch module are used for regulating the charging and discharging voltage between the external charging and discharging equipment and the power battery (11) in response to the voltage regulation control signal. The invention further provides electric equipment, a power battery voltage adjusting system, an adjusting method and adjusting equipment. By controlling the voltage regulation switch assembly and the switch module, switching of different charging and discharging loops is achieved, and then different charging and discharging requirements under voltage regulation control signals are met.
