The push button structure comprises a conductive layer and non-conductive layers arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the conductive layer, and the conductive layer and the non-conductive layers are integrally arranged; the ratio of the thickness d1 of the non-conductive layer on one side of the conductive layer to the thickness d2 of the non-conductive layer on the other side of the conductive layer is d1/d2gt; 4; the conducting layer is used for being matched with a touch IC, when one side face, away from the conducting layer, of one non-conducting layer is touched, the touch IC transmits a signal to the MCU, and the MCU controls the execution end to execute the first action or the second action based on the strength of the received signal. According to the push button structure and the electric seat, the MCU controls the execution end to execute different actions based on the strength difference of the received signals so as to realize different action responses by touching different non-conductive layers, and meanwhile, the conductive layers and the non-conductive layers are integrally arranged, so that compared with an existing mechanical push button, the push button structure has the advantages of dust prevention and water prevention.
