The invention relates to the technical field of data analysis, and particularly discloses an engineering machinery intelligent control system, which comprises a server and a vehicle-mounted terminal, and is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises an image acquisition module, a main control module, a communication module and a display module; the server is used for estimating a future moving route of the engineering machinery according to the current moving route of the engineering machinery and the existing moving routes of other engineering machinery, matching corresponding road sections in the existing moving routes of other engineering machinery based on the estimated moving route, and calculating the average moving speed of each position on the successfully matched road sections; the average moving speed is used as the average moving speed of each position of the estimated moving route; the main control module is further used for judging whether the current position is on the estimated moving route or not, if yes, the difference value between the current moving speed and the average moving speed of the position corresponding to the estimated moving route is calculated, and if the difference value is larger than a first threshold value, alarm information is generated. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the safety of the engineering machinery during moving can be improved.

    本发明涉及数据分析技术领域,具体公开了一种工程机械智能控制系统,包括服务器和车载终端,车载终端包括图像采集模块、主控模块、通信模块和显示模块;服务器用于根据该工程机械当前的移动路线和其他工程机械的已有移动路线预估该工程机械未来的移动路线,基于预估的移动路线匹配其他工程机械已有移动路线中的对应路段,计算匹配成功的路段上各位置的平均移动速度,作为预估移动路线各位置的平均移动速度;主控模块还用于判断当前位置是否在预估的移动路线上,如果在,计算当前移动速度与预估移动路线对应位置的平均移动速度的差值,如果差值大于第一阈值,生成报警信息。采用本发明的技术方案能够提高工程机械移动时的安全性。
