The invention belongs to the field of relay state detection, particularly relates to an electric vehicle relay state detection method based on a high-voltage system, and aims to solve the problems that a special high-voltage acquisition chip and an isolation communication chip need to be added, the circuit complexity is increased and the cost is relatively high when the adhesion state of a relay is analyzed and detected through a voltage sampling circuit of a BMS (Battery Management System) in the prior art. According to the scheme, the method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining sample data: sampling a relay coil end for multiple times to obtain the sample data, and carrying out statistical processing on the sample data; s2, parameter information acquisition: acquiring a target value of relay parameter information; s3, comparing the sample data with the parameter information; and inputting the sample data into a database, and comparing the sample data with parameter information in the database. According to the method, the running state of the electric vehicle relay based on the high-voltage system is quickly and accurately determined, a special high-voltage acquisition chip and an isolation communication chip are not added, and the cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明属于继电器状态检测领域,尤其是基于高压系统的电动汽车继电器状态检测方法,针对现有的通过BMS的电压采样电路分析检测继电器粘连状态,需增加专用高压采集芯片和隔离通讯芯片,增加电路复杂度,成本较高的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括以下步骤:S1:获取样本数据:对继电器线圈端进行多次采样,获取样本数据,对样本数据进行统计处理;S2:参数信息获取:获取继电器参数信息的目标值;S3:样本数据与参数信息对比;将样本数据输入到数据库内,与数据库内的参数信息进行对比。本发明快速且准确地确定基于高压系统的电动汽车继电器的运行状态,不增加专用高压采集芯片和隔离通讯芯片,有效降低成本。
