The invention discloses a lifting fault positioning method for a scissor-type climbing operation platform, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the statistics of the fault maintenance records of the scissor-type climbing operation platform in a set time period; the statistical data comprises the platform model, the design load, the use duration, the lifting fault phenomenon and the fault generation position corresponding to each scissor type climbing operation platform with the lifting fault, and establishing an information data table of the lifting fault of the scissor type climbing operation platform; constructing a neural network model, and training and testing the neural network model by using the data in the fault information data table; the neural network model with the test accuracy meeting the requirement is used for predicting the fault generation position of the scissor type climbing operation platform with the lifting fault, and then the predicted fault generation position is checked preferentially. According to the invention, the position of the lifting fault of the scissor type climbing operation platform can be quickly judged, maintenance is preferentially carried out, and the time and labor cost of platform maintenance is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种剪叉式登高作业平台的升降故障定位方法,包括对设定时间段内的剪叉式登高作业平台故障维修记录进行统计,统计数据包括发生升降故障的每一个剪叉式登高作业平台对应的平台型号、设计载荷、使用时长、升降故障现象、以及产生故障位置,建立剪叉式登高作业平台升降故障的信息数据表;构建神经网络模型,利用所述的故障信息数据表中的数据对神经网络模型进行训练和测试;将测试正确率符合要求的神经网络模型,用于预测发生升降故障的剪叉式登高作业平台的产生故障位置,然后优先检查预测的产生故障位置。本发明可以对剪叉式登高作业平台升降故障产生位置进行快速判断,优先进行维修,降低了平台维护的时间人力成本。
