The device comprises a hanging bracket assembly, supports are arranged at the two ends of a base, the two ends of a wheel shaft provided with fixed wheels are arranged on the supports, the upper end of a connecting rod is fixedly connected with the base, the lower end of the connecting rod is connected with a guide mechanism and moves in the axial direction of the guide mechanism, and the guide mechanism is connected with the fixed base; and the fixed base is fixedly connected with the compaction roller hanging bracket. The device has the advantages of being reasonable in structural design, solving the problem of cable-stayed pulling of the steel wire rope, achieving the purpose of automatically adjusting the angle of the steel wire rope, always keeping the stress of the steel wire rope perpendicular to the fixed wheel, avoiding the accident that the compaction roller falls due to breakage of the steel wire rope strand, eliminating potential safety hazards and achieving safe production.
