The invention provides an installation and debugging method for a quay crane pitching mechanism and the pitching mechanism, and the installation and debugging method comprises the steps: obtaining a coiling block which is machined according to a preset requirement; the winding drums are assembled according to the arrangement requirement to form a pitching mechanism; a high-speed brake disc in the pitching mechanism is rotated to drive the winding drum to perform no-load rotation; measuring the first jump data of the flange end face of the winding drum in the no-load state; judging whether the first jump data accords with a first jump threshold value or not; and if yes, the pitching mechanism is installed on the quay crane. According to the mounting and debugging method provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the winding drum is mounted on the quay crane, a high-speed brake disc in a pitching mechanism is utilized to drive the winding drum to perform no-load rotation so as to measure the first bounce data of the flange end surface of the winding drum, and whether the position of the winding drum needs to be adjusted is judged based on the first bounce data; the winding drum does not need to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled for measurement and analysis, the procedure of disassembling and assembling the winding drum is omitted, the debugging time period is shortened, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于岸桥俯仰机构的安装调试方法及俯仰机构,其中,安装调试方法包括获取按预设要求加工完成的卷筒;将卷筒按排装要求进行装配形成俯仰机构;转动俯仰机构中的高速制动盘并使其带动卷筒进行空载转动;测量空载状态下的卷筒的法兰端面的第一跳据;判断第一跳据是否符合第一跳动阈值;若是,则将俯仰机构安装于岸桥上。根据本发明实施例该的安装调试方法在卷筒安装于岸桥上之前利用俯仰机构中的高速制动盘带动卷筒进行空载转动,以测量其法兰端面的第一跳动数据,并基于第一跳动数据来判断是否要对卷筒进行位置调整,无需反复拆装卷筒进行测量分析,省去了拆装卷筒的工序,节省了调试的时间周期,大大降低了施工难度。
