The invention relates to a weighing assembly, a fixed pulley mechanism and a weighing method. The weighing assembly comprises two sensor units and a pulley shaft used for installing a fixed pulley. The pulley shaft is arranged in the horizontal direction. The two sensor units are arranged at the two ends of the pulley shaft respectively and can support the pulley shaft. Each sensor unit comprises a piezoelectric weighing sensor, a mounting structure and a supporting structure, and the piezoelectric weighing sensor is in a circular ring shape. And the mounting structure is used for fixedly mounting the piezoelectric weighing sensor on the crystal lifting mechanism. The supporting structure is arranged on the mounting structure, and the supporting structure is connected with one end of the pulley shaft and used for supporting the pulley shaft. The sensor units arranged at the two ends of the pulley shaft form a double-support type annular piezoelectric weighing sensor weighing mode, deformation is not prone to occurring, and the weighing sensor is high in weighing precision, compact in structure and convenient to install and debug such as centering and leveling.
