The invention provides a pneumatic high-speed ejection device. The pneumatic high-speed ejection device comprises a piston assembly, a cylinder barrel and a buffer shell connected with a rear end cover of the cylinder barrel through an adapter plate. The piston assembly comprises a piston head, a piston frame, a guide block and a load frame, the piston frame is arranged in the cylinder barrel, one end, close to a front end cover of the cylinder barrel, of the piston frame is connected with the piston head, and the other end of the piston frame is connected with a buffer rod; corresponding air holes are formed in the rear end cover and the adapter plate, so that the cylinder barrel is communicated with the inner cavity of the buffer shell; an oil pressure buffer is arranged in an inner cavity of the buffer shell; the buffer rod, the air hole and an extension rod of the oil buffer are coaxially arranged; and the buffer rod can extend into the air hole. The shock absorber is ingenious in structure, reasonable in design and good in buffering effect, when the kinetic energy of the piston is large, instantaneous impact can be greatly reduced, and structural damage is avoided.

    本发明提供一种气动高速弹射装置,包括活塞组件、缸筒、与所述缸筒的后端盖通过转接板相连接的缓冲器壳体;所述活塞组件包括活塞头、活塞架、导向块以及负载架,所述活塞架设于所述缸筒内,所述活塞架靠近所述缸筒的前端盖的一端连接有活塞头,其另一端连接有缓冲杆;所述后端盖、转接板上设置有相对应的气孔使所述缸筒与缓冲器壳体内腔相连通;在所述缓冲器壳体内腔设置有油压缓冲器;所述缓冲杆、气孔以及油压缓冲器的伸出杆同轴设置;所述缓冲杆能够伸入气孔中。本发明结构巧妙、设计合理,其缓冲效果良好,当活塞动能很大时,也能极大的减小瞬时冲击,避免结构损坏。
