The invention belongs to the field of helicopter design, and particularly relates to a helicopter attitude auxiliary alarm device and method based on a mercury switch. At present, main sources of attitude signal acquisition of helicopters are mechanical gyroscope groups, fiber-optic gyroscope groups, laser gyroscope groups and the like, and no attitude overrun alarm device exists. A horizontal installation plate is arranged on a base, first mercury switches and second mercury switches are installed on the top of the installation plate in a cross-shaped layout mode, the number of the first mercury switches is four, the first mercury switches are distributed on the outer cross-shaped position in an axial symmetry mode, and the outward inclination angle ranges from 20 degrees to 30 degrees; the number of the second mercury switches is four, the second mercury switches are distributed on the inner cross position in an axial symmetry mode, and the outward inclination angle is 40-50 degrees; the longitudinal first mercury switch and the longitudinal second mercury switch are consistent with the course; the first mercury switch and the second mercury switch are connected with the signal lamp and the buzzer through wires. The device is small in size, low in cost and convenient to install, and the influence on the aircraft structure and the electrical performance can be ignored.
