The invention discloses an intelligent urban rail train rim lubrication system control method. The method comprises the following steps that related position coordinates in a project line diagram are written into a rim lubrication algorithm logic module; when the train is in an automatic train operation control mode, the coordinates of the real-time operation position and the real-time train speed of the train are transmitted to a rim lubrication algorithm logic module for data analysis and calculation; feedback parameters fed back by a running gear of the train are collected in real time and stored in the rim lubrication algorithm logic module; the rim lubrication algorithm logic module carries out data processing and algorithm calculation and outputs a grease spraying instruction; and the rim lubricating device of the train receives the grease spraying instruction and sprays grease. According to the method, the optimal grease spraying amount of each curve can be reasonably and accurately calculated, and the maintenance cost is reduced; the optimal grease spraying instruction giving time is calculated, and the optimal lubricating effect is achieved; and the grease spraying data can be recorded and accumulated, data checking and comparison are carried out, the control logic is continuously optimized, and the optimal control strategy is achieved.

    一种智能化城轨列车轮缘润滑系统控制方法,包括以下步骤:将项目线路图中的相关位置坐标写入到轮缘润滑算法逻辑模块中;当列车处于列车自动运行控车模式时,将列车的实时运行位置的坐标和实时车速传输到轮缘润滑算法逻辑模块中进行数据分析计算;实时采集列车的走行部反馈的反馈参数并将反馈参数存储在轮缘润滑算法逻辑模块中;轮缘润滑算法逻辑模块进行数据处理、算法计算,并输出喷脂指令;列车的轮缘润滑装置接收喷脂指令并进行喷脂。本发明的方法可以合理精确计算出每个弯道最优喷脂量,降低维护成本;计算出最适宜喷脂指令给出时机,做到润滑效果最佳;控制喷脂数据可记录积累,进行数据校核比对,不断优化控制逻辑,达到最优控制策略。
