When the seat encounters excitation, self-balance of a seat suspension mechanism is damaged, the inner side scissor hinge frame and the outer side scissor hinge frame ascend or descend to drive the first sliding block to touch the second sliding block, the second sliding block is made to touch the deflation contact and the inflation contact of the control valve, and therefore deflation and inflation of the air spring are controlled. And finally, the seat is driven to descend or ascend to an ideal balance position.
